The views over the golf course were amazing, particularly with the autumn sun illuminating the landscape. The spacious rooms were well-equipped, featuring chillers and bottle openers, allowing us to enjoy our own drinks with ease. The staff exuded cheerfulness, and the Sunday roast was excellent, one of the best we've ever had.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Nothing to complain about, the venue suited the needs. The location offered was amazing next to the restaurant at both evening meal and breakfast, and a cafe. Besides, this hotel was located 4 km away from Church of st Margaret.
Didn't like the area, it was quite poor.

I loved the peaceful location! It's tucked away and super relaxing, just what I needed. The staff were really friendly and made me feel welcomed. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic and had a solid selection, so I always left satisfied!
The hot tub was a massive letdown – not only was it scruffy, but it barely worked! My door key also stopped working, which was a pain. The WiFi was practically non-existent too, making my work trip super frustrating. I expected way better for the price.

The room was warm, immaculate, and comfortable, complemented by great tea/coffee facilities. The peaceful location allowed us to relax on the sun terrace, and we savored the delicious vegetarian breakfast. Nearby landmarks like Burnby Hall Gardens provided lovely family bonding opportunities. the noisy bed and hot bathroom were minor drawbacks.

we had an very nice stay at the Kilnwick. the serene location was perfect for stargazing at night, away from city lights. the spacious huxtable suite was not only luxurious but also very clean. the food was really good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our spa experience. the staff were excellent, especially the friendly security guard who assisted us upon arrival. the well-equipped gym and beautiful surroundings added to the whole experience. we’re definitely planning to return.
Nothing at all, all great! 😊.

The room offered a luxurious bath and shower, both of which enhanced my relaxation experience. The setting was beautiful, with houses situated close together, creating a cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely splurge on a hot tub during my next visit!
I did find my lodge to be a quarter of a mile from reception, which was slightly inconvenient, especially with no dedicated parking space nearby.

Pleasant Getaway with a Few Hiccups
The tub offered a lovely escape. The bar service lagged, with poor communication.

The Suite with Hot Tub offers a unique room experience, especially appealing for a couple's retreat. The ambiance is cozy, and having a hot tub in the suite adds a nice touch for relaxation.
Arriving to find the restaurant fully booked without prior warning left a sour taste. The hot tub took five hours to heat up, which limited our enjoyment significantly. With no dining options after 8 PM, our evening plans fell flat. The sofa had noticeable stains, and the TV setup created a less-than-ideal viewing angle. A few marks on tables and stains in the restaurant suggested a need for better cleanliness.
